    3. Mavis, I haven't looked but try Fayette Co., PA. I found some Fike families living near the Van Sickles and Moyer families at about this time (in Henry Clay Twp.) All the families seemed to tie into the Allegany Co., MD (now Garrett Co.) lines.     3. Mavis, I have the Fike book but there are so many Jessie Fikes, both male and female, I found one Jessie Fike born July 07, 1849. His parents were Eva Fike daughter of Jacob Fike Je. and Catherine Thomas. They were married August 22, 1839 in Pennsylvania Jesse Fike born in Md. July 07, 1849 and died March 04, 1905 at age 55. He married twice . He married Clara Belle Light date unknown. She was born Abt. Feb. 1859 and died of Diptheria Oct. 20, 1877 He married second Maggie Burk date unknown. Maggie Was born May 24, 1856 and died Oct. 23, 1937. They had 9 children. Clara had one child. The book does not tell where they died but I hope this is what you are hunting for.
