Louann - I save my emails to folders also - they are broken down by Surname, or even specific people (since I do extensive Sprowls research), or my contact names if we correspond a lot, and counties I specifically search. I agree with Ann that it takes too long to search the archives, am much more comfortable when I want that info at my fingertips I know exactly where it is. And I also print out certain messages. The messages that have links to other sites, or specific sites I save to an appropriate town or county folder. I sort thru the messages every once in a while, as there may be duplicate links etc. Ruth
