Found in the Evening Times, Cumberland, January 27, 1905, page 2 Mr. Peter Monahan, Jr. and Miss Mary Malloy, two of Midland's prominent young people were united in the holy bonds of matrimony in St. Joseph's Church last evening at 7:30, by Rev. F. P. Mackall. The attendants were Joseph McMahon and Miss Mary Kenny. The bride is the oldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Patrick Malloy, who reside in Koontz's addition, and enjoys a large circle of friends. Mr. Monahan is one of the trusted employees of the mechanical department at Ocean mine, and enjoys the confidence and respect of his employers and fellow workmen, who join the many friends of the young couple in wishing their voyage over the matrimonial sea a pleasant and successful one.
