I'm sorry if this is slightly off topic but I need your help. Family Tree Maker (v 16) has ceased uploading to my home page. It gets to 14% and pops up an error message with no clue as to a suggestion for help. I have been on FTM's forum as well as with tech support by phone; tried everything they suggested and still no fix. Has anyone experienced this? Did you find a cure? When I select "Update or Edit my Home Page" in Family Tree Maker v16, it begins the "Uploading Home Page" process but then stops at 14% and and an error box prompts "Submission Error: Error During Send". "OK" is the only option. What's happened? Have been updating freely since January, never an issue until 2 days ago. Does anyone in Allegany County know of a good techie that might be able to fix it?
