"Legacy" is a wonderful program as well. Personally, I've tried FTM and I don't care for the way you enter your data. You can get a free version Of Legacy to try out, which works just fine for a lot of people. There are a few things not available in the free version, which you may never need, but if you find you do need them you can always upgrade to the Deluxe (paid) version whenever you like.
