The title of the first webpage says “Marriages.” http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~mdallegh/Vitals/Marriages47-65-CD.htm That page gives you the link to the “text file” http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~mdallegh/Vitals/All_marriages_1847_1865.txt called “Marriage Licenses.” It appears to be from the same book. So… This is not an actual marriage record. Right? These people took out a license, but they may not have actually married… as was apparently the case with Archibald CASTEEL and Harriett DICK. He married Annie RAYMON in 1859. Harriett DICK returned to her parents home in Franklin Co. PA and died in May 1858 as Harriett DICK. There is always the possibility that Arch and Harriett did marry and it was annulled, or some such thing. He was 16 and she was 21.
