Hi list, I was getting ready to mail off a card to Connie and decided to check for a street address for that Scared Heart/Braddock Branch. I found out that they have formed a new Hospital system with two different hospitals. Scared Heart and Memorial hospitals have become " Western Maryland Health System" So you'd mail a card to; Western Maryland Health System, Braddock Campus, 900 Seton Drive, Room 419, Cumberland, MD 21502 the phone if needed is 301-759-4200. Dear List- I was informed by another List member and dear friend of Connie's that Connie was released from the hospital today - now we are trying to find out where she is staying. I'm under the impression she isn't at her home. I guess any cards sent to the hospital will be forwarded to Connie. Sharon

Sharon, when I was in Frostburg this week I called the hospital on Wednesday and she wasn't there then. I was going to go down and see her, as I have visited with her at her house before. I called the house and the answering machine still has her son saying Connie isn't available and referred me to a number for him. I didn't call that number thinking they may be really busy getting Connie ready to move to Washington State. It is a shame we've lost her on this list. She was a God send to helping people. She will be sorely missed and irreplaceable. I will miss my cousin Connie. Linda Harden-Lantz
