I am trying to learn more about one of Lenox Martin's sons, Thomas R. C. Martin. Thomas R. C. is living on lower Town Creek between 1836 and 1851, according to the Methodist Church and County Commissioner records. He married Harriet A. Coater 6/24/1844. The deed information indicates he died between 1851 and 1855. Judging from the deeds, he may not have had a will. But there was a trustee appointed for settling the disputes about his estate. Aside from going to Cumberland, is there any way to find out more of what may be in the Court records? Does anyone know more about this family?
