Dear Dick, Thanks for your reply. I didn't phrase my question well enough. I have my Preston/Bailey family on the 1850 and 1860 census'. I know the boundaries are redrawn for each census and wanted to know if they were in the same geographical place in 1860, the Cumberland Post office, as they were in 1850, District 5.
