Jim, I'm not sure if it's part of Ancestry's $$ pages. I subscribe, so when I click on them, they pop right up. I thought that Rootsweb was free, but I don't know since ancestry.com is part of the address. What happens when you click http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/ ? Does it ask you if you want to sign up? There's lots to be had from Ancestry. I've used it a lot!!! Also, when you access the marriage records on this webpage there is a new list of marriage records -retyped by Connie Beachy. Be sure to click on "Allegany County Contributions", bottom left on home page.
