You're right I'm even happier that I'm not in Minnesota. I was in -40 one time when we lived in Upper New York state I hope never again to relive that experience. But I've walked up Main Street in Frostburg from where the bus station was to the top of Main almost up to The Freeze at midnight when I was coming home from work from the C&P in Cumberland when it was so icy you'd slide back one step for every two you took. Wouldn't want to have to do that again either. Give me UT where the snow just lies there and evaporates.
