The Genealogical Society of Allegany County, Maryland will hold it's June meeting this evening, Thursday June 18th at 6:30 PM, at Cumberland's South Branch Library. Our program will include noted local Historian Bob Bantz who will speak on Christopher Gist and the Braddock Road. Our meetings are open to the public and anyone interested is invited to attend. This is our last meeting until fall, and members should attend if possible.
