I have this obit and I am trying to make some connections if there are any to be made between the Folk - Robi(n)son's in my FTM. All help will be appreciated. Uriah Robinson, 20 Dec. 1915, aged 71 years, died Friday Dec 17 at the family home, 176 W Main Street, Frostburg, following an illness of one week from pneumonia. He was born in Washington PA and came to Frostburg as a boy, and married Miss Elizabeth Lambert. He served in Co. A, 3rd MD and took part in Hunters Raid. These children survive: Mrs. Clever Richardson of Frostburg; and George and Frank Robinson at home. Also half-brothers, Webster Folk and Frisby Folk of Frostburg. The funeral is from the home with Rev. M H Beidleman and burial in Allegany Cemetery. I have found in the Percy Cemetery in Frostburg these Folk people. Rachel and John Folk who have two son's Charles Webster and Frisby Folk. Charles Webster married an Elizabeth Robinson. Trying to find the parents of Elizabeth also. But in order for Uriah Robinson to have the half brother's Webster & Frisby Folk they would have had to have one common parent. Meaning either Rachel ???? Folk would have had to marry a Robinson the father of Uriah. Or I guess John Folk could have married the mother of Uriah? Any help in solving this puzzle? I also have a Ralph Eugene Folk in my FTM. Trying to see if he enters the picture here somewhere? Perhaps as a son of a son or someone? Anyone researching these Folk's or Uriah Robinson's family?
