Here is a link to google books for the Volume 5 of the List of Pensioners on the Roll for 1883 - includes 1812 and Civil War veterans receiving pension / or their widows. This volume 5 includes Maryland and this link SHOULD bring you up to page 109 which is the start of Alleghany Co. MD. Good luck everyone.
