William Leasure's wife is thought to be Phoebe Bennett. I think she is mentioned in Donald Bennet's book. Also... are you a Miller from the Emmanuel Miller genealogy of Christian Miller? I have a cople of revisions to that book. Is the William Leasure that married Phoebe Bennett the William Leasure (son of George Leasure and Sarah Twigg) who was born on 14 September 1829 in Allegany County, MD? I have his death in March 1913 in Allegany County, MD. BJ, So was it determined that Phoebe's husband's name was William? ISTR that there had been some arguing amongst the researchers as to his name. Do you know where "Bald Hill Cemetery" in CV is? As for my MILLER line - I honestly couldn't tell you. I can trace my MILLER line back to my GGGG-grandfather, John MILLER, who married Caroline BRIDGES in CV, and they had (at least) 8 kids. Where John came from - I have no clue.
