Priscilla, I tried to look for just the July 1854 issue. There is none. The available dates stop after 1846 and then pick up again for 1864. I tried sending the image (jpg) of what I have of the top of the page. I didn't think that rootsweb would let it through, but I thought it was worth a try anyway.
