Ruth & Pat, I'm betting the name was spelled "Weinberner" in the document, but Sarah's last name was actually "WINEBRENNER". There were tons of our Winebrenners in Allegany/Garrett county. The prefix of the name was changed from "Wein" to "Wine" right after they came off the boat. In doing research on the family, you wouldn't believe all the ways it's been misspelled (well, maybe you would..we've all been there). I looked as well and didn't come up with anything.
