    3. Priscilla, After the CW, the Adj. Gen. had loads of info published re: the CW. Many were state books of rosters of soldiers of those states soldiers. Also were just reports of the war - I would suggest going to google or google books and for your search terms use: "Return of CAptain Joseph M. Godwin's" OR "godwin's company O" and see if the book comes up as a search result.
