According to my records, there was a Lucy Perrin, born circa 1858, that married Marcellus Twigg on 21 Nov 1878 in Bedford Co., PA. They had one child, Brice Wilmer Twigg born 5 June 1884 in Bedford Co., PA. Brice died on 23 Jan 1983 in Allegany Co., MD.
