    3. My understanding is that the free military records from Ancestry.com are available through the 14th, in celebration of Veteran's Day. Unfortunately, Ancestry.com has priced me out for a time. I used to keep a yearly subscription, but their prices are out of my hobby budget's range. I figure in a few years, I'll re-up for a year. Ah well, I'm still scanning in and tagging of decades of family photos. Between that and organizing my existing records and notes, I've enough to keep me busy for some time. Cheers! 3. They say it is free but they want a credit card and then I can't get the pictures to come up so, maybe, someone else has better luck.
