June 2005 Virginia Kelly asked me about a Friend-Biggerstaff connection. To date I still can¹t give a solid answer but I found that I have collected the following information since 2005. Maybe the information in the wills can be of help. 1802 Jul 20, will, William Biggerstaff, names the following children: William, Drusilla (Throgmorton) relationship not actually noted, Samuel (also naming widow Ann, their son Isaac and others, John (also deceased at the time of the will but naming his sons William and John), Rebecca, (Hartley - and her daughter Susannah), Hugh, (whose children were mentioned but not named). Sorry I didn¹t note a source or location for this information. 1807 Mar 22, will, Will[iam] Biggerstaff; Mentions Wife Rachel Biggerstaff. Sons Frend Biggerstaff, Hugh Biggerstaff. Daughters; Nancy Biggerstaff, Mary Biggerstaff, Rachel Johnson, Sarah Biggerstaff, Alice Biggerstaff, Susana Biggerstaff, Pleasant Fouty. Others: Frederick Foutley and George Matee. Exec; wife Rachel. Wit. Philip Langstreth, James Foley, Ann Biggerstaff and Selome Longstreth. Probate 15 May 1809. Glen Swartz sites sources for this information as: Biggerstaff, Ralph L.
