    2. I found this article on the Internet - Can anyone help me trace his parents? Birth dates, death dates, obituaries, etc. I have not been able to find them on a census record together? Is this his first wife? Can anyone fill me in on the private schools of Messrs. Mason and Sherry? Where can I locate a birth records for Frisby or his brother Charles Webster? Thanks. Pat Frisby Folk - This son of the late John and Rachel Folk was born in Frostburg in the year 1848. He attended the private schools of Messrs. Mason and Sherry in his boyhood until he began work in the coal mines, which occupation he followed until within the past ten years. He is married and has a large family. In May, 1911 he was appointed Street Supervisor for the town, and in May 1912, was re appointed. He is a progressive citzen and always looking to the best interest of the town.
