Recently Mr. Joseph Ellis SPIKER's obit was in the Cumberland newspaper. It was stated that his parents were Ellis Joseph SPIKER, Jr and Mildred Leona GREEN. Please, can anyone tell me who Mildred Leona GREEN's parents were? Thank you for any help you can offer. Chris Harman
