What I did was go to Archives and searched then there came up a link to Pro quest. Now there were some items free and yes some you had to pay for. But the item you might be looking for could be free. Free is on the far right and then you have pay next to it

I just signed up for a free trial of an on-line newspaper and put in his name and something came up about him attending something from a fraternal order, but not his obit. Guess it is a trip to Frostburg for me sometime this spring. Thanks for all the digging. Does Allegany Co courthouse keep mortality schedules for each year? That might be another option for me.
