Happy New Year, I am curious if anyone can claim a Francis Twig in their pedigree. I have found him paying taxes in Pleasant Township, Fairfield County, Ohio in 1806. His record is on the same page as one John Perren, and Moses and Aaron Powell. Richard Perrin Day

I have a Francis Twigg b. abt 1777 in Allegany Co.,Md. and died 11 Oct 1849 in Delaware Co.,Ohio. He married Juliana Ann Wilcox His father was Robert Jr. Twigg and Mary Farmer. Several of his siblings also move to different places in Ohio.
