Part two, like the song "Name Game" where any name can rhyme, presents a basic plan that allows you to organize anything. It will require you to use either a table in a word processing, a database, or a spreadsheet program. Setting a project up on paper is possible but will be burdensome, like trying to do a book index without a computer. Washinton Co. PA has done the same, in transferring/storing old records in Allegh. Co.PA. They have an account of what they have stored offsite, and if you need those records, they take the info, call the storage site and in a couple of weeks or so the records are returned to the Washington Court House for copying. It does cost $5.00 to have the records returned to the court house - I gladly paid it. It is a shame what the governments are doing or not doing with old records. Ruth

You're right I'm even happier that I'm not in Minnesota. I was in -40 one time when we lived in Upper New York state I hope never again to relive that experience. But I've walked up Main Street in Frostburg from where the bus station was to the top of Main almost up to The Freeze at midnight when I was coming home from work from the C&P in Cumberland when it was so icy you'd slide back one step for every two you took. Wouldn't want to have to do that again either. Give me UT where the snow just lies there and evaporates. ANOTHER CORPORATION It is expected that there will be another coal company in the vicinity of Midland. The New York capitalists who hold the option on the coal lands on the LLEWELLYN and MORTON farms were in town yesterday for these people to commence operations in the near future. WILL MOVE Mr. Frank THORPE will move his family to the old MORTON farm, on Dan's mountain, it being vacated by Sandy MORTON, who is going to South Branch on the Brighton Farm. Many of our citizens are now making preperations to move to the Brighton farm. Mr. Sandy MORTON and Mr. David KOONTZ have purchased one of the Brighton farms from Mr. J. H. It's cold enough out here in UT, but I am so grateful that I'm not back in the ice and snow in Frostburg. I haven't seen Connie on line in a long time. Has she become one of the Florida snowbirds?
