DIEHL at Knode's U.S. Hotel DEATHS - - Died at her residence in this city, at 1 am on the 8th, Mrs. Susan STONER, relict of Christian STONER, deceased, in the 76th year of her age. Her remains were interred on the following Sabbath, in the Cemetery of the Evan. Ref. Church, of which she was a consistent communicant. - At her residence in this city, on Wednesday last, 12th, Mrs. Catharine POPE, aged 64 years and 3 days. - In Baltimore on the 15th, in the 57th year of her age, Mrs. Eunice MORGAN CONRADT, widow of the late Theophilus F. CONRODT, formerly of Frederick. - On the 10th, Miss Elizabeth CASSEL, d/o the late Daniel CASSEL, in the 72nd year of her age. - On the 11th, James Briscoe, s/o Mr. Lewis RAMSBURGH, in the 9th year of his age. - On the 13th, Mrs. Grace B. HIMBURY, widow of the late Matthew HIMBURY, in the 79th year of her age. - On the 14th, David S. RICE, in the 32nd year of his age. His remains were interred in the Ev. Ref. Cemetery on Saturday afternoon and were attended to their final resting place by the members of Adam Lodge, No. 35, I.O.O.F., the Junior Fire Company and a large concourse of mourning relatives and friends. - On the 14th, at his residence in this city, Mr. John T. McCARTNEY. - On the 15th, Bernhardt OPPENHEIM, aged about 12 years. COURT NEWS - - Notice is hereby given, that the subscriber has obtained, from the Orphans' Court of Frederick County, Letters Testamentary on the personal estate of Susan STONER, late of Frederick County, dec'd. All persons having claims against the said dec'd, are hereby warned to exhibit the same with the vouchers thereof, on or before the 19th day of Feb 1858, they may otherwise by law be exclueded from all benefit of said estate.
