Garrott, who were such prior to the 29th day of February 1852, are hereby notified to file their claims properly authenticated with the Clerk of the Circuit Court before the 24th day of September 1857, or they may be debarred from any participation in the trust funds - G. EICHELBERGER and others vs Elizabeth EICHELBERGER - July Term 1857 Ordered this 26th day of August 1857 that on the 19th day of September 1857 the court will proceed to act upon the auditor's 4th report this day filed in the above case; provided a copy of this order is inserted in some newspaper printed in Frederick for two successive weeks prior to said day. - Ed. SHRIVER, Clerk of the Circuit Court for Frederick Co. EQUITY - No. 2739 In the Circuit Court for Frederick County, sitting as a Court of Equity Sabina MAICKE vs Elizabeth HARRY, George H. JOHNSON and others The object of this bill is to procure a decree for the sale of a certain house and lot, situate in Graceham, in said County, and a quantity of personal property, which belonged to Isaac R. HARRY, at the time of his death, specified in his testament and last will, and for other purposes. The bill states that on the 14th day of March 1835, Isaac R. HARRY, late of said County, in his life time, in due form of law, made his testament and last will, etc. That he devised and bequeathed to his wife, Ann Margaret HARRY, during her natural life, a house and lot in Graceham, in said County, and a large and valuable personal property, specified in said will; and that after the death of the said Ann Margaret HARRY, the widow, said real and personal property was directed to be sold by the Executor, in said will named: that the said testator appointed P.R. HARRY, his Executor, who accepted the trust. The bill further charges that the said Ann Margaret HARRY, the widow, died about one year since, and that P. R. HARRY, the said Executor, died a few weeks after the said Ann Margaret HARRY, who died without having executed the trust reposed to him by said will, by selling the said house and lot and the personal property aforesaid, and that it is necessary that a trustee should be appointed by a Court of Equity to make said sales. The bill further charges that the testator directed that the proceeds of sale of said property, shall be divided as follows, viz: One half to P. R. HARRY, the son of testator, and the other half to Charles MAICKE and Sabina MAICKE or to the survivor of them; and that Charles MAICKE resides out of this State, in parts unknown. The bill states that P. R. HARRY in due form of law made his testament and last will, and afterwards died withouth having revoked the same; that George H. JOHNSON was appointed Executor by said will, who accepted the trust reposed in him by said will; and that the said P. R. HARRY died, leaving a widow named Elizabeth HARRY, and two Children named Clara HARRY and Charles Alfred HARRY, who are infants under the age of twenty-one years, who reside in the town of Graceham, in said County. The bill states that the said Sabina MAICKE and Charles MAICKE are grand children of the testator, Isaac R. HARRY. It is thereupon ordered, this 21st day of August 1857, that the complainant cause a copy of this order to be inserted in some newspaper, published in the City of Frederick, once in each of four successive weeks, for one month, before the fourth Monday of September next, giving notice to the said absent defendant, Charles MAICKE, of the object and substance of this bill; thereby warning him to be and appear in this Honorable Court, in person or by Solicitor, on or before the first day of January 1858, to answer the premises, and to show cause if any he has, why a decree ought not to pass as prayed. - Ed. NOTICE is hereby given that the subscriber has obtained, from the Orphan's Court of Frederick County, Letters Testamentary on the personal estate of Samuel SIESS, late of Frederick County, dec'd. All persons having claims against the said dec'd are hereby warned to exhibit the same with the vouchers thereof, on or before the 26th day of February 1858 - They may otherwise by law be excluded from all benefit of said estate. Those indebted to the deceased are desired to made immediate payment. - Daniel SIESS, Executor NOTICE - BOUNTY Land Warrant, No. 89,241 for 120 acres, issued December 24th, 1856, to the undersigned, and directed by mail from the Pension office, to N.B. HARDING, Frederick, Maryland, has been lost or miscarried; the same never having reached the hands of the undersigned or her agent. That the said Warrant has never been sold or assigned by her or by any person, legally authorized to make any assignment for her. That the undersigned having filed a Caveat in the General Land Office, to prevent a Patent issuing thereon, and intends to apply to the Commissioner of Pensions for a duplicate of said Warrant. - Regina HITESHEW, widow of George HITESHEW, dec'd STRAY COW Strayed away from the residence of the Subscriber in E. Second Street on Saturday morning last, a white and red-speckled cow, most red about the head and neck, large horns, a small piece clipped from one of her ears and a recent scar on the right flank. She was seen on Saturday near the first toll-gate on the Hagerstown turnpike. A suitable reward will be given for the return of said Cow, or information that will lead to her recovery. - Hiram SCHISSLER
