TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND RELATIVES: I have just been through a harrowing experience. Even though I make it a practice NOT to open any suspicious e-mails, I now find out you don't always have to click on an attachment to get a virus. It seems as though I must have unknowingly received one even though I have Norton Antivirus. Apparently, some dastardly individual knew how to remove my virus protection, got into my address book and sent a message to all. I hope and pray you did not contact that virus. When I started to get returned messages which were undeliverable, I sought help from my support team at erols.com, Norton and even Microsoft. Luckily I have a great-nephew in the computer business and he has repaired the damage, reinstalled my Norton and hopefully put an end to all this misery. Please check carefully, make sure you are protected and accept my apologies for being unaware I was used to create problems for my correspondents. I am sending this message as suggested by a very nice young specialist at Microsoft who is investigating the incident. Audrey
