" Lieutenant Colonel Stricker, was the Captain of Light Infantry Company, in Colonel William Smallwood's Maryland Battalion formed in 1776. [27]* Major Weltner, was 1st. Major of the first Battalion of Frederick County, Militia [28]*." *sorry for not including what [27] & [28] mean.
