Francis HAGAN married Margaret RAMSOWER in Frederick, Maryland January 29, 1788. I believe Margaret's family were from Montgomery County. Francis was selected to be a Constable of the County in 1802. He was elected to be a Deputy Sheriff of the county in 1819. I cannot find any information about his origins. Any help is appreciated.
