Fred Davidson, I live in West Virginia and visit the C. Burr Artz Library almost every Saturday to work on genealogy. The Hipkins in Frederick are probably related in some way. Seems that a lot of my ancestors married in Frederick but moved to Baltimore - probably to find work. There must have also been family there already. I would appreciate any info. I'm not really researching that family but they are related to mine and I would really like to know about them if I can.
