I'm working on the family of Michael Heffner/Haefner/etc. and Honor __(unknown), believed to have been married in Frederick Co., and migrated to Bedford Co., PA, in the early 1800s. Both were born around 1775 or so. I'm especially interested in finding the birth/baptism of their daughter Lydia, ca. 1798. The family was either Lutheran or Reformed (Reformed after coming to Bedford Co.) Many of the family are buried at Bethel Reformed (Frame) church, Monroe Twp., Bedford Co., PA. Lydia married David Fletcher, also of Monroe Twp. It's possible that she may have married a Border prior to David Fletcher. News of any source material confirming the above would be welcome.
