T9N R2E, Knox Co., IL, page 58 1850: Twp T10N, R1D, Knox Co., IL, page 385b (living with James and Elizabeth Shoemaker) 1860: Morgan Co, VA (now WV), page 414 (living with daughter A. M. Courtney) I am hoping to find information about his parents and/or siblings and also the date and location of his death and burial. I believe his father may be John Bowden Jr. and he may have a sister named Mary Bowden (30 Aug 1783-27 Oct 1827) who married Henry Feaster III in about 1806.
