The last meeting of the year of the Urbana Historical Society will be held on Tuesday November 26, 2002 at 7:00 p.m.. It will be held at the Hampton School, a restored one-room schoolhouse, located at the intersection of Route 80 (Fingerboard Road) and Park Mills Road. It is approximately two mile west of the Urbana interchange towards Buckeystown. The program will feature the research of the Saint Ignatius Catholic Church cemetery done by Mary Jane Dudderar and Eurath Ann Selkmann. The speakers have prepared a booklet which documents the burial sites, photographs of the tombstones and a short family history of some of the persons buried there.
