    3. Rich, Maryland State Archives has old divorce records. http://www.msa.md.gov/ On the left side of the page click Reference and Research, then click Divorce Records. You might find other items at the Md State Archives website of interest too. Here is the site for Baltimore City Schools... http://www.bcps.k12.md.us/ If they cannot answer your question, you might call the Baltimore City Archives. The City Archives has the old school board minutes but I don't know whether the historical student files are kept there. You need an appointment to see the facility because it is not open on a regular basis.
