You might find other items at the Md State Archives website of interest too. Here is the site for Baltimore City Schools... http://www.bcps.k12.md.us/ If they cannot answer your question, you might call the Baltimore City Archives. The City Archives has the old school board minutes but I don't know whether the historical student files are kept there.
