Am I right in assuming the All Saints Home for Children was an orphanage? In 1900 Irene Kahmer 1 lives with her father Louis a music teacher mother and 3 siblings but in 1910 she is an inmate in the home. There was extended family nearby and not poverty stricken. Google does not reveal much. The home was off Maryland Ave. but I could not read the street name. Joan
