According to an 1852 map of Baltimore in the David Rumsey map collection on the web site www.davidrumsey.com, the 19th ward was located in what was then the northwest corner of Baltimore. From my reading of the map, it appears the ward is bounded on the north by North Avenue, on the south by Lexington St., and on the east by Pennsylvania Avenue. Hope this helps, John Otto Va.
