I believe the home is located in Harford County, though I may be wrong. It is, as you say, a home for the elderly members of the Masonic Order, and is supported as one of the charities of that Order. The main office of the Order is on north Charles Streetm in Baltimore City and they should be responsive to an inquiry from you for more information.
