Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/AFB.2ACI/3471.1.1.4.1 Message Board Post: Jeffrey, I'm sorry I see that I said that the will was for Lewis Small, it was for Laurence Small and was dated 9/9/1820 and proved 3/8/1832 in York City with the following heirs: wife Barbara, children Jacob, Daniel, Joseph, Catherine Doll, Elizabeth (wife of James Perigo), Sarah (wife of Samuel Sanderson) and grandson Emanuel Small of son John, previously deceased. There weren't any James Perigo/Perago's in the 1830 or 1840 census records in York County, but there were some in Maryland around 1832 when this will was proved, which leads me to believe that this Elizabeth Perago may have been in Maryland at the time the will was proved, possibly seperated from her husband. Did she remarry after this will was proved and move back to York County with a son James S Perago? Lots of unanswered questions??? Keith H Perago
