Now onto our family. Well I'm delighted that we share common ancestry through the Shreck family and I will do my best to fill you in on that side of the family and I'm glad you have found someone with info on your Cornell side. The Shrecks date back to the 1700's in Baltimore and many were comb makers. I need to do some more research myself but as time goes on and we share our discoveries I think we'll be able to discover some wonderful things about our family that came before. Just to let you know, there are no headstones for all those burials of our family in Baltimore Cemetery. Seems a shame but maybe they didn't have extra cash for grave markers. Do you know what religion Loren Cornell was? Sometimes church records help a lot with the research. I'll be in touch,! Merry Christmas!!
