This is the Maryland Real Property Data Base. http://www.dat.state.md.us/sdatweb/datanote.html Click on "Real Property Data Search" Then use drop down menu to find Baltimore City and click on "street address" Then enter house number and street You'll find info on the address, including that the current house was built in 1935.
