I doubt seriously if you can get any records for Rosewood, all mental health records are sealed permanently in MD -- even patients cannot get their own records. "Training School" is a misonmer - Rosewood is/was (it may now be closed I'm not sure) a custodial facility for the mentally retarded. An extremely unpleasant place, when I lived in that part of BA Co. I hear so many really awful things about it.
