    3. Certainly Greenmount Cemetery is hilly; even though it is in Baltimore City. -----Original Message----- From: md-baltimorecity-bounces@rootsweb.com [mailto:md-baltimorecity-bounces@rootsweb.com] On Behalf Of md-baltimorecity-request@rootsweb.com Sent: Sunday, October 22, 2006 1:00 AM To: md-baltimorecity@rootsweb.com Subject: MD-BALTIMORECITY Digest, Vol 1, Issue 42 Today's Topics: 1. To: MD-BaltimoreCity-l@rootsweb.com Message-ID: <276.10d74404.326b1c8a@aol.com> Content-Type: text/plain; charset="US-ASCII" Dear List, I have some photos of my grandfather as a child (about 1925) visting a cemetery. He is with some younger children. I am trying to figure out where this might have been. He has some relatives who were buried in Most Holy Redeemer. The background of the photos I have is very hilly. Just checking, but from what I know about Maryland geography, Holy Redeemer was not a very hilly cemetery. Was it? If the detail is not in the photos themselves, it is possible to have negatives made to see if any detail could be recovered? I'm thinking maybe if I could read one of the tombstones in the background, I could figure out where these photos were taken. Thanks! Many of my grandparents are buried there. Parkwood is also a cemetery with slopes. The photo could not be posted to the list, but would need to be sent to the individual offereing to look at it. Just a thought. Probably a lot of us have been to a good deal of the cemeteries in and around Maryland.
