    1. Re: [MD-BALTIMORECITY] Death Certificate Question
    2. Hi, In answer to: >Does anyone know the exact or appoximate date that Baltimore >City death certificates were redesigned to include the name >of the parents? >Lisa Certificates I have from before 1900 do not include their names. Post 1900 do. I have a 1904 certificate with the names. The information is not always there or correct, but the space was there for the names and birthdates to be provided. As long as the survivors or nurses/administrators had the answers to provide (unfortunately for me, not often enough), maiden names and birthplaces can be discovered. I've found them both helpful and confusing, but so far they're the best thing I've found that is so easily available. Gloria
