I found Hugh Fayers Kerr's WW1 Draft Card that he filled out on September 12, 1917. He listed his birth date as September 26, 1872 and his wife as Constance F. Kerr. On census records I found that Hugh F.B. Kerr was married to Rena. I you would additional information e-mail me off line. I am not a Kerr researcher, just being helpful. Good luck with your research.
