Washington, Feb. 3 - Charles Bowsky, a watchmaker, twenty-fives years of age, who lived at No. 610 E. Street northwest, committed suicide in his room about 6:30 o'clock tonight by shooting himself through the heart. Disappointment in love is said to have been the cause.
