Eric, Generally, county and court records from Baltimore City and the Maryland Counties are all held at the Maryland State Archives in Annapolis. That LDS (familysearch.org) record is from the Baltimore County Court Marriage License book, covering the period 1823-1832. It is getting late so I will not complete it tonight, but I am hoping to send you the image, probably on Tuesday or Wednesday. Unfortunately, it has no more information than what you already have. Sometimes, the book listed a minister's name, which can lead to church records. The Galloway/Banks listing has no minister listed. Also, Dec. 29 is the date the marriage license was issued. They may not have actually been married on that date. I've researched these records before. They have the original book, a card index covering some years, microfilm versions, and now electronic versions, but they are all from the same license books with the same information. Galloway sounds Irish, so I recommend you check records from Catholic Churches in Baltimore in 1825. There were only a few back then and records are usually not very detailed. St. Patrick's and the Basilica would be good ones to check and may be available online. Much of what is available is also at the State Archives. Go to the Maryland State Archives web site, click on Reference and Research on the right side. That will take you to a page with links for all the different types of records they have.
