But when you go into the cemetery, you are gated off pretty well and it's safe. It's safe to drive all up and down O'Donnell St, but just don't plan on a picnic or anything in the park on the other side of Swartz. :-) "O'Donnell Heights" is the name of the bad neighborhood.
