Chapel in ED 10. Did you find other addresses near it? -you didn't say when you know they lived at 205 S. Chapel. House numbers were all changed in 1887, so that address after then had a different number in 1880. I just looked at the index in the 1887 City Directory. Based on that, I do not believe there was a 205 S. Chapel in 1880. If your info is after 1887, look for #54 S. Chapel, which was the 1880 address of what later became 205 S. Chapel. It was/is near the corner of Chapel and Pratt Street. It's still there and can be seen in the street view of Google Maps. -Chapel is a small alley street, where new immigrants often lived cheaply until they could get their feet on the ground. From my experience, they often rented and moved often. Your immigrants arrived in Aug 1879, so they could have been pretty transient around that time.
